I was wondering how it worked I have a elderly man who needs help pays his 400.00 dollar light bill
I have no income I'm on food stamps and I can usually pay with the help of a relative my electricity bill but I do not have the help right now and I am 3 months behind as of the 8th of next month for $256 I believe wondering if I could get assistance in paying that or at least $156 of it two months ago and last month's bill I do not have any transportation but I could email pictures of my electric bill my food stamps agreement and photo ID if need be thank you
