Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program serving Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Twin Falls, Lincoln and Minidoka counties.

LIHEAP is a program that provides a once a season monetary benefit to assist low-income clients that meet 160% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines with their winter heating costs. Benefits are paid directly to the heating vendor. Benefit payment are based on income, number of people in the household, the type of heat, living arrangements and region of the state they live in.
