Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission NOCA.

The HEAP program (Home Energy Assistance Program) is a government funded program that provides eligible Ohioans assistance with their home energy bills.
This is a one time benefit is applied directly to the customer's utility bill or bulk fuel bill.

Eligibility:
Household income at or below 175 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.

Programs Include:
Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (EHEAP)
Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
