Hoosier Uplands offers assistance with heating bills for low income residents of Lawrence, Orange, Martin and Washington Counties. All applicants must apply in their county of residence. This service is provided through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Block Grant, a federally funded block grant through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
