Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership makes energy assistance available in January, February, March, November and December for residents of Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Custer, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison and Teton counties. The program can make a one-time payment to the utility that serves as the primary heat source in the home.
