I need assistance with my power bill
I need help withe my electric how do I apply for help?
It’s been several years since I’ve gotten assistance in the Dothan office, because it’s always an excuse from the overseer. I went this year, 2021 and received $189 and my bill was $187 . My co workers received $900 to $1000 and my sisters received $400 to $500. Years ago when I went there I dropped my check stub and stepped out the office to pick it up, I was told I could get it, but when I returned in the office, I was told I lost my place in line and had to call and make another appointment. One co worker that received the $900 had the same job title as myself and I’m not understanding why I got so little. Everyone I spoke with their payment was $300 up.
How do I inquire about assistance with Alabama power bill? My lights have been turned off.
How do I re-certify? I've been calling 2x a day for a month.
