I'm writing for my sister She lives in Hartwell Ga. She mailed all her paperwork in the middle of August for heating assistance and hasn't heard anything. She had an appointment on August 11 at 3pm but no one answered the door at the Richardson St address. Then she received a voicemail that the paperwork needed to be mailed in. She mailed all her paperwork in and yet to hear anything if she can get heating assistance. She is out of gas (her main heating source).
