Need help on water and lights I'm61 on disability with bladder cancer
Im in need of assistance with my utilities and mortgage payments i am legally blind and im on home hemodialysis and battling gastroparisis as well. My spouse passed away November 23rd of last year and it has been extremely difficult to maintain. Before my spouse fell ill to cancer and MS we adopted our niece in maybof 2019 to offer her a better life and I want to keep doing so she's 12 and I just need some help
