Deposit is based on 2 ? x average bill for previous 12 months.Remaining 2/3 of deposit can be paid over following 2 months.Customer should first contact the customer service call center to make payment arrangements. There is not a local number to call for customer service. For special cases or if service is about to be disconnected within a day or two, caller should go to Victory Drive office. Customer service representatives will be able to discuss payment options and will do their best to help the customer remain connected or get reconnected. Past payment history and consumption are taken into account when payment options are being discussed. The Victory Drive office does not accept payments. Payments can be made by mail, bank draft, credit card or check over the phone, or to authorized payment centers. Not all locations that accept payments are authorized. Authorized centers do not collect any amount over the actual payment. Special consideration for customers with medical concerns - Customer must complete Medical Certification. A letter is required from a Doctor.This will prevent immediate disconnection of service. Customer must continue to make payments although special payment arrangements may be arranged.Once the weather turns cold, it may take up to 2 weeks for service to be disconnected.
