Temporary UTILITY PAYMENT ASSISTANCE grant program to Clarkston residents.

Eligibility and Requirements:
Utility bill must be for a property of the City of Clarkston for water, sewer, electric, and/or gas.
Applicants must list all residents living in unit
Copy of driver’s license
Copy of the monthly utility bill,
Proof of loss of income due to the covid-19

Notes:
Maximum Benefit $1,000.00 or 3 month’s utilities.
