About Pasco County Human Services - EHEAP

Utility Assistance for Seniors:

Human Services receives funds from the Department of Elder Affairs and the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco/Pinellas County, Inc. to assist seniors, 60 years of age and older, with past due utility bills twice annually.

Services will be provided to eligible residents until funds are depleted. Residents must meet income eligibility requirements and have a past due utility bill or a shut off notice from the power company.
