About Pasco County Human Services - EHEAP

This program offers assistance to seniors, 60 years or older that are having difficulties paying their electrical bill. You need to apply for this program and provide all the required paperwork, such as income, identification, and other documentation. Assistance will be provided to eligible residents as long as funds are available.

Eligibility:

At least one member of household must be 60 years or older
Proof of overdue utility bill or disconnected electrical service
In county residency
