I have all my documents prepared except the actual form itself. I have tried the Riverside office and the Newport Office, but am unable to locate anyone to actually speak to. I thought of driving to the Riverside Office, but then considered that there might not be anyone there; nor did I want to leave an application packet without the all-important form.
How do I get applications for heating assistance
I'm very sorry I have a learning disability but I just received a turn-off notice for my water and heat. I'm very nervous because I lost my job and I've been taking care of my brother who had a stroke. I filled out an application but don't know what happened.
When will the heating grants be sent out? No one calls you back from the office!
I have not received any information regarding my heating assistance. I left 2 messages but have not received a response yet. When I look back at last year's information it looks like I received a letter in January about my heating assistance grant. It's now the middle of February and I still haven't heard anything. No one answers the phone.
