Am trying to get help with my Energy bill

I need help right away my water has been turned off by the city of Flowood for not being able to pay, I have tried DHS in rainkin county which I have a appointment with next month, so iv been trying to get ahold of someone at the Salvation Army for help but no one answer the phone and this is unsanitary can’t flush my toilet, can’t shower, can’t cook I’m 63 unemployed with no money coming in at all I just got approved for snap program took forever I need help getting my water back on and running.
