About Delaware Energy Assistance Program (DEAP)

The Delaware Energy Assistance Program (DEAP) is administered The Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) by contracting with Catholic Charities, Inc. with funds provided by the federal LIHEAP program. DEAP can assist with home energy bills between October 1 and March 31, as well as provide assistance with cooling costs through Summer Cooling Assistance Program (SCAP).
