I have no working phone and am in need of bill pay assistance to pay my past due electric bill and internet bill which may disconnect any day now. I do need electric and working internet to be able to continue to look for assistance and try to find remote work. I have no transportation and no working phone number. my rent is past due but i have requested help through the new program in Dallas. I have no income due to my unemployment benefits have been in pending status for 7wks which would help me get by and avoid eviction.
I have tried several times to contact the number given for utility assistance with the C. E. A. P and have not been able to speak to anyone. I also let my name, address, and phone number to receive an application in the mail and have not received an application. I really need this assistance is possible.
