Trying to get some help on my utility bill
Hello, I am afraid I am going to run into a lot of difficulty paying my upcoming utility bill due to owing a partial amount on my previous bill plus the new bill. I am very overwhelmed about this.
I applied for utility help, they said they would pay $300, over a month ago, they never did, now I have late fees, and a final notice, athens utility dept said they received a letter that community action was paying but never paid.
