The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and energy assistance programs are available to aid income eligible households. The type of energy assistance may include electricity, natural gas, oil, propane, and wood depending on the availability of funds. Serves residents of Gilliam, Morrow, Umatilla and Wheeler counties. Applicants are asked to provide information on all members of household, proof of income, copies of current and past utility bills, and copy of past-due or shut-off notice from the utility provider if already received.

A Weatherization Program is also available to assist with insulation installation and air sealing of homes.
