I know a nice blind lady that lives here in Salida Co. and I am wondering if there is a way to see if she qualifies for energy assistance with her windows in on her mobile home. It is a single wide and she said that LEAP has helped her with her furnace several years ago. Please let me know how she can apply for this sort of assistance if such assistance is available.
