Kings Community Action Organization provides assistance to low-income households that are struggling to pay their electrical bills. Individuals must apply for this program and provide all the required documentation. Individuals are encouraged to contact the office and schedule an appointment.

Basic Requirements:

Valid picture identification
Valid Social Security Card
Proof of residency
Both current electric and gas bills (all pages, individual applying must be authorized on the bills and reside in home)
Proof of income for the past 30 days for all individuals in household
Income must be dated in consecutive order
Other documents may be requested
