The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) utility assistance program is part of the Energy/Housing programs. The service delivery area includes: Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Montgomery, Robertson, Walker, Waller, and Washington counties.

Services Provided: The Bill Pay Program provides assistance with electric, natural gas, or propane bills. Households must meet specific program criteria established by state and federal regulations. All applications will be taken by appointment only.

For Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, Walker, Waller, and Washington counties, contact Energy/Housing at: 979-595-1199 (toll free: 1-855-252-1467) and request to be placed on the waiting list for the 2016 program. You will be contacted when an appointment day/time is available for you.

For Montgomery County contact Energy/Housing at: 936-856-7036 (toll free: 1-855-856-3980) and request to be placed on the waiting list for the 2016 program. You will be contacted when an appointment day/time is available for you.

Hello I was trying to see if you guys help with electric bill.

I just moved into the Holleman Oats or Oaks Apts. I receive S.S.I. & was given a HUD VOUCHER as a participant in the Texas Workforce HUD Voucher Program.. I didnt have much furniture moving out here, but for the UHaul, Driver, Help, Getting A Bed, Deposit, & Rent im broke & need help.. I was told about this program from a woman at the College Station Utilities & would like to be a participant in your program to help with my Utilities.. Please Help Me because it is super cold & i have no heat nor electric heater yet, would like to be placed on your list.. If it is possible i will even like to work for yall to pay for my assistance & help.. I am having a hardtime finding work, & desperately need extra income.. I want to work on getting my G.E.D. to take the truck driving or ac/ refrigeration T.W.C. course, but have to find a way to support myself during my hard times right now.. I have bills & im trying to get my children back from Child Protective Services.
