My Sister has been trying to talk to someone. She can't get an Answer. I have tried. No luck. She has faxed Documents. She missed out the last Time for the same thing. Recording says the Hours You are open. Then You call says You are closed.
I can never get an answer in this local office in Johnson County. The woman who runs this office has been known to call her friends to make sure "the friends" can get signed up. If I don't get an answer to my calls in a few days, I plan to file a complaint. If they don't want to actually distribute these government funds, then find an agency who will. The online booking site needs to be updated, BTW.
