Hi wanted to know how the program for utilities assistance works? My truck broke down and had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed from AC For my children and another line that was leaking from the transmission. So most of my check went to pay the guy who fixes my truck. I need help paying a bluebonnet electricity bill and water bill through ACUA. I would appreciate any feed back. Thank you!
